Our Team

Alees started her career as a nursing assistant and has worked in the senior living industry for nearly 20 years. Alees has a Bachelor of Science in Family, Life and Child Development, a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration and is a Licensed Assisted Living Director in Minnesota. She was born and raised on a dairy farm in southeastern Minnesota and is a huge fan of the Twins and the Vikings. Alees lives in Eden Prairie with her husband and two young sons.

Brian started his healthcare career over 9 years ago as a personal caregiver for adults with mental illness. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a Minor in Leadership from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. He is a Gopher fan and likes to stay active outdoors. He enjoys running, traveling to new places and spending time with his family.

Etonam has been a nurse for more than 10 years, working in long term care, transitional care, home care, case management and assisted living/memory care settings. She has an Associate of Applied Nursing Degree from Rasmussen College. Etonam grew up in Togo and France before moving to Minnesota 20 years ago. She enjoys cooking, listening to music and watching movies with her family.
